We want you to love what you ordered! At Living Water Drip, we stand behind our designs, our message, and our mission. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 Eligible Returns:

  • Item must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Tags must still be attached (if applicable).

  • Clearance/sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please email info@livingwaterdrip.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Did we mess something up? We’ll make it right.

If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email a photo and your order number to info@livingwaterdrip.com to receive a replacement or full refund—your choice. Please report all damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed, so please contact us before mailing anything back.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2-business days of purchase. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive tracking info via email. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but usually take 4–10 business days in the U.S.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
